Who we are

SkriptSuite is a browser-based Skript editor for Minecraft server owners. It is a Cairn product.

Cairn is a sole proprietorship operated by one person — not an LLC or corporation. "We," "us," and "our" mean Cairn. Our paid products are sold to customers in the United States only. You can reach us at skriptsuite.com/contact.

What SkriptSuite is (and isn't)

SkriptSuite is a tool for writing, editing, and exporting Skript files (`.sk`) for Minecraft servers. We also provide templates, guides, and learning content.

SkriptSuite is not a hosting provider. We do not run your Minecraft server, store your server files, or have access to your server. The `.sk` files you create or download are text files that run on your server using the Skript plugin — we have no control over what happens after you paste them in.

Using SkriptSuite without an account

You do not need an account to use the editor, browse templates, download `.sk` files, or read guides. Most of SkriptSuite works without signing in and will continue to.

When you use SkriptSuite without an account, we do not collect personal information. See our Privacy Policy for what anonymous usage looks like from a data perspective.

Your account

Creating an account

Accounts are optional. You only need one if you want to participate in community features (commenting, voting, submitting template forks) or, in the future, purchase Pro.

You can sign up using Discord OAuth or Google OAuth. We do not offer email/password registration.

Age requirement

You must be 13 or older to create a SkriptSuite account. We ask for your age band during signup. If you indicate you are under 13, you cannot create an account. We do not implement a verified parental consent process (COPPA "verifiable parental consent"), so the hard block at 13 is the line.

If you are under 13, you can still use the anonymous editor, browse templates, and read guides — no account needed.

Account accuracy

You agree that the information you provide during signup is accurate. Do not impersonate another person, use someone else's Discord or Google account, or misrepresent your age.

Account closure

You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. When you request deletion:

Banning

We can suspend or permanently ban your account if you violate these terms or the acceptable use rules below. Banned accounts cannot be re-registered under the same email address.

If your account is banned, you retain the right to request deletion of your personal data under applicable privacy law — contact us at the email above.

Your content

Skript code you create

You own the `.sk` files you create in the SkriptSuite editor. We claim no ownership, license, or rights over code you write using our tool. It is yours.

Comments and votes

Comments you post and votes you cast are associated with your account. You own your comment text. By posting a comment, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that comment on SkriptSuite for as long as it exists (or until you delete your account, at which point it is anonymized per the deletion process above).

Template forks (Community Forks)

When you submit a fork of a template, you retain copyright over your fork. However, by submitting it, you grant Cairn a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and host that fork on SkriptSuite. This license survives account deletion — if you chose to keep your templates published during deletion, the fork remains live under a "Maintainer: missing" label.

If you want a fork removed entirely, delete it before deleting your account, or choose "delete my templates too" during the account deletion process.

Our content

The 52+ official templates that ship with SkriptSuite are owned by Cairn. You may use them freely on your Minecraft server — that is what they are for. You may not redistribute them as your own work, sell them, or claim authorship.

The SkriptSuite name, the Cairn name, the voxel icons, and the site design are our intellectual property. Do not use them in a way that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship by us without written permission.

The guides and course content (when available) are owned by Cairn. You may reference and link to them. You may not copy and republish them in bulk.

We reserve the right to remove content and ban accounts that violate these rules. We do not proactively moderate every submission — we respond to reports and community flags.

Paid products

SkriptSuite offers two paid products. Both require an account, are for users 18 or older, and are sold to customers in the United States only.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — Stripe handles that; we store only a Stripe customer reference and your transaction records. See Stripe's privacy policy at https://stripe.com/privacy. Your card statement will show "CAIRN."

Refunds

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. PRO IS NON-REFUNDABLE. By completing your purchase you acknowledge that the sale is final. (We use capitals because some courts require a no-refund term to be conspicuous.) Creator Pass is billed monthly in advance and is non-refundable. You can cancel at any time from Account → Manage subscription; when you cancel, Creator Pass stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you keep Pro. Cancelling stops all future charges.

Subscriptions (Creator Pass)

When you start Creator Pass you authorize Cairn, through Stripe, to charge your payment method $4.99 plus any applicable tax every month until you cancel. We will notify you before any price change and give you a chance to cancel first. Cancelling is as easy as subscribing — from Account → Manage subscription, which opens the Stripe billing portal. If your Pro purchase is reversed by refund or chargeback, your Creator Pass is cancelled, because Creator Pass requires Pro.

Disclaimers

SkriptSuite is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the site will be available at all times, that templates will work on every server configuration, or that the editor will be free of bugs.

We are a sole proprietorship operated by one person. We do our best, but we are not a team of 50 with an SLA. Downtime happens. Bugs ship. We fix them when we find them.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ARCHCONCEPTS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF SKRIPTSUITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $25 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

We use all-caps for the liability and warranty disclaimers because many jurisdictions require "conspicuous" presentation of these terms for enforceability.

Dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

If you have a dispute with us, contact us first. We prefer to resolve things directly. If we cannot resolve it informally within 30 days, either party may pursue the dispute in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.

You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding against Cairn. If this waiver is found unenforceable, the entire dispute-resolution section is severable and disputes will proceed in court without class treatment.

For users in the EU: nothing in this section limits your right to bring a claim in the courts of your country of residence or to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Changes to these terms

We can update these terms. When we make material changes — changes to pricing, refund policy, data rights, or account rules — we will notify you via email (if you have an account) or a banner on the site (if you do not) at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Non-material changes (typo fixes, clarifications that don't change meaning) may be made without notice.

Your continued use of SkriptSuite after the effective date of updated terms constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with the changes, delete your account before the effective date.

Minecraft disclaimer

SkriptSuite is a third-party tool for creating Skript files. It is not a Minecraft mod, plugin, or add-on in itself — it produces text files that run on your server via the Skript plugin (an open-source project maintained by the SkriptLang community).

SkriptSuite does not bundle, redistribute, or display Minecraft textures, assets, or intellectual property. All icons used in the product are custom voxel designs or open-source Lucide icons.

Severability

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still apply. The unenforceable part will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or removed if modification is not possible.
